By accessing or using the services offered by Bertazzoni Appliance Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Bertazzoni Appliance Repair offers professional Bertazzoni appliance diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients in our service areas.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a trip/diagnostic fee.
Diagnostic and repair pricing is provided and approved before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Repairs completed by Bertazzoni Appliance Repair are backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers labor only; parts may carry the manufacturer’s own warranty where applicable. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, or damage caused by misuse.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and service area, and to notify us promptly of any issue with completed work within the warranty period.
Bertazzoni Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by improper prior repairs, or issues arising from normal wear and tear unrelated to the service performed.
All equipment and materials remain the property of Bertazzoni Appliance Repair until full payment has been received.
Bertazzoni Appliance Repair reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Texas law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
