Bertazzoni MAST30SOEX Speed Oven Service

The MAST30SOEX is a 30-inch built-in convection speed oven from the Master Series, powered by electricity. It usually goes into a tall cabinet column, sometimes stacked with a second wall oven or a warming drawer from the same series.
A speed oven works harder than a typical single oven, since the convection fan and the faster cooking mode share one cavity. A fan that begins to rattle, a door seal that has lost its spring or a sensor that reads off all show up as uneven results. We check each mode on its own so we can tell which part is responsible.
A 30-day workmanship warranty covers the repair, and you agree to the price in writing first. If the oven shows a blank display or stops mid-cycle, note what you saw and tell us when you call.
A louder fan often means a worn bearing or a loose blade. We listen with the oven running, check the blade for wobble and replace the motor if the noise is coming from inside it.
Uneven cooking can come from a slow fan, a drifting sensor or a door that does not seal. We test airflow, compare the cavity reading with a thermometer and inspect the gasket.
It is an electric oven, so it needs a proper supply to the cabinet. If the oven shows a dead display, we check the supply at the box and the connection before testing the oven itself.
