The PROWD30X is an electric warming drawer, 30 inches wide, from the Professional Series. It is typically built under a Professional Series wall oven or placed in an island, completing the cooking station with a place to hold dishes.
Heat is applied slowly and for long periods, so the thermostat has to stay accurate. Loads of plates also strain the glides. We check that the drawer reaches its setting, that it slides evenly and that the control responds, then give you the price in writing.

A slow click is usually the thermostat cycling the heat on and off, which is normal. Rapid or loud clicking points to a failing relay or a loose connection, and we test both.
