Seasonal Kitchen Tune-Up

Houston air is damp for most of the year, and a busy kitchen adds grease on top of it. During a tune-up we clean burner ports and caps, check igniter spark and oven door seals, and test convection fans and hood blowers. On refrigerator and wine columns, we vacuum the condenser and look at gaskets for gaps or hardening.

Homes with a steam oven or a dishwasher also benefit from a descaling check, since hard water builds up quietly.
