What FE means

On Bertazzoni Heritage 24-inch dishwashers such as the DW24T3IXV, FE appears on earlier production and means a failure of the electronic card, the main control board. Later current models list other codes instead of FE. The recommended step is to contact service. The dishwasher will not respond normally and the display shows FE. Because the board controls every function, nothing else will run reliably.
