Bertazzoni MAS304INMBG Induction Repair

The MAS304INMBG is a 30-inch induction range finished with gold accents, and it is also sold as the MAS304INMNG. It slides into a standard range opening, but unlike a gas model it needs a proper electrical circuit behind it, and that circuit matters when a zone behaves strangely.
Induction heats the pan itself, so most complaints begin with cookware or with the power electronics under the glass. We check that the pan is magnetic and sits flat on the zone, then listen to the cooling fan and test the generator for the zone in question. The electric oven is handled separately: element, sensor and door seal.
The price is given in writing before we start, and the work carries our 30-day workmanship warranty.
Induction zones shut down to protect their electronics, usually from heat buildup or a pan that is warped or off-center. We test the cooling fan and airflow, then check the zone's power board. Moving the pan to center sometimes shows the cause.
Cookware must be magnetic, so cast iron and most stainless steel work, while aluminum and copper do not unless they have a magnetic base. A small fridge magnet that sticks to the bottom is a quick test.
No. The oven element works on its own circuit from the induction zones. If the cooktop heats and the oven does not, we test the element and the oven sensor, and the cooktop does not need to be touched.
