The KOTR30XT is a 30-inch Professional Series over-the-range microwave that adds convection to the usual microwave function, plus a 300 CFM vent. That gives it more parts than a plain microwave: a convection heater and fan alongside the microwave system and the range vent.
When someone says the KOTR30XT stopped cooking properly, the first question is which mode.
