Bertazzoni PROF30FDEXT Double Oven with Assistant
The PROF30FDEXT is a Professional Series double oven, 30 inches wide, with convection, a cleaning cycle and the Bertazzoni Assistant. It is normally built into a full-height cabinet, where the upper door is used for everyday baking and the lower for larger roasts.
When it needs service, we first learn which cavity and which function are involved. A cold oven gets an element and sensor test, a loud one a fan check, and a locked door a latch test after the cavity has cooled.
