Wall-mounted over a 48-inch Heritage range, the K48HERX/14 is a canopy and base hood with a single 600 CFM motor. The canopy frames the blower out of sight, and the lights below take the heat of whatever is on the burners.
We start at the bottom: filters, lights and the speed switch, all reachable without tools. Then we examine the blower and its wheel for grease build-up and listen to the motor at each speed.
