Bertazzoni PROF304INSXT Induction Repair

The PROF304INSXT offers four induction zones and an electric self-clean oven in a 30-inch Professional Series body. It is an all-electric range, so it sits on a dedicated circuit and needs air movement around the back to keep its electronics cool. That makes the area behind and under the range worth keeping clear.
We usually test the cooktop with a magnetic pan on each zone, then move to the oven. The self-clean function leans on the door lock and the sensor, so we test those with the oven both cold and hot. If the zones shut off during long boils, we look at the cooling fan and the vents before the electronics.
Repairs are priced in writing before we start and carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Yes. The electronics under the glass rely on airflow, and blocked vents or a weak fan let them overheat. We clear the airflow path and check the fan first.
We test the door lock mechanism, the door switch and the oven sensor. If the door does not report as closed and locked, the cycle will not begin.
Pans with thin, warped or non-magnetic bases work poorly. Flat, heavy, magnetic pans heat evenly. If good pans are also ignored, the zone needs service.
