Bertazzoni REF24WCBPNV Wine Cellar Service

The REF24WCBPNV is a 24-inch built-in wine cellar column with a reversible door, which lets the hinge side be chosen to suit the room. Owners commonly put it at the end of a tall cabinet wall or beside a refrigerator column, with the UV-filtered glass door showing the bottles.
With a wider cabinet than the 18-inch version, there is more glass area and more shelving to cool. If a zone slowly warms, the sensor, the fan or the door seal is the first thing we check. A door that was reversed can end up slightly out of line, and a gap on the hinge side lets warm air in.
We read each zone against a thermometer, test the seal and look at the compressor cycle. Pricing is written before work begins.
It is possible, but the door must be reinstalled square. A door that sits a little off will leak air along one side. We re-align reversed doors and check that the gasket seals fully.
Each zone has its own temperature setting, so we test them separately. If one zone drifts while the other holds, the sensor or the airflow into that zone is the first thing to examine.
Use a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals on the glass and the trim. During service we wipe the seal edge so dust does not keep the door from closing tightly.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
