On the Bertazzoni CM242WTXT built-in coffee machine, this message means the water circuit is empty. Press OK and let the water drain from the spout; that fills the circuit and clears the air. It tends to appear after the tank ran dry, was taken out, or a filter was changed. Until the circuit is filled, the machine cannot brew or heat properly.
1. Fill the tank with fresh water and seat it fully. 2. Place a cup under the spout. 3. Press OK and let the water drain from the spout until the machine finishes. 4. If the message returns, call us.
After the circuit empties, air sits where water should be. Pressing OK runs water through until the air is gone, which restores normal brewing. Pressing OK starts that.
Let it run until the machine ends the process on its own. Place a cup under the spout to catch the water, and do not interrupt the cycle.
Check the tank is full and seated. If the circuit still reports empty and no water arrives, there may be a blockage or pump problem, and we would diagnose it.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
