Bertazzoni PRO304IFEPCAT Induction Range Service

The PRO304IFEPCAT is an induction range 30 inches wide, installed in the usual freestanding slot with a dedicated 240-volt circuit. Each zone is rated up to 3,700 W, and the oven adds an air-fry mode, which asks more of the fans and the sensor than ordinary baking does.
A cut-out after a few minutes at full power tells us to run the zone hard and watch it, since heat-related shutdowns do not show on a quick test. Then we try to pair the right-hand zones and listen to the fan as it ramps up. In the oven we compare the air-fry temperature with a probe at the set point.
Finally, the self-clean latch is cycled to see that it releases when the cavity cools. You get our price in writing before we start.
Induction zones protect their electronics from overheating. If airflow is poor or the power module is tired, the zone trips early. We run it at full power, check the fan and airflow, and test the module.
Air-fry relies on the convection fans and the oven sensor working together. We compare the real cavity temperature to the set point with a thermometer and test the fans and the sensor, then correct the one that is off.
Bridging needs both zones to work and to share a clean signal. We test each zone alone and check the connection between them. Repairing a weak zone or loose connector commonly brings the bridge back.
