It is meant to disappear into a cabinet wall, so the door usually carries a custom panel that matches the kitchen.

Do the finish variants need different service?

No. The REF30PIXL, REF30PIXR and REF30PRL share the same cooling system. The main difference is the hinge side and the front, so our repair steps follow the same sequence.

My door will not stay shut on its own. What is wrong?

A panel that is too heavy for worn hinges or a gasket that has flattened can prevent the door from closing firmly. We adjust the hinges, check the level of the cabinet and replace the gasket if it is damaged.

Is a little condensation on the door edge normal?

A faint amount in humid weather is normal. Heavy beads or dripping mean warm air is getting past the seal. We test the gasket and look for gaps at the corners where the panel meets the frame.
