What E0 means

E0 refers to the ice maker on two Bertazzoni French-door platforms. On the REF36FDFZXNT with Quattro Temp Zone, the ice maker freezing initialization has failed; the code shows while the controls are in locked mode, cycles if several codes are active, and sounds an alarm chime that any button silences. On the REF36FDFIXNV and REF36FDFIXNB it is reported as an ice maker error and the unit still cools.

No. On both platforms the refrigerator and freezer keep cooling. The code only concerns the ice maker, so the rest of the food storage is unaffected.
