Bertazzoni PRO30FSCT Steam Assist Oven

As a single-cavity Professional Series oven with steam assist, the PRO30FSCT adds self-clean and the Bertazzoni Assistant to a 30-inch convection base. It sits in a cabinet column, and the steam reservoir is the feature that needs the most attention over the years.
On arrival we check the reservoir and steam lines for scale, which is the main reason steam output fades. The convection fan, sensor and elements get their usual tests, and the cleaning latch is cycled. If the Assistant is the complaint, we verify standard baking first so we know whether the issue is in the connection. We quote the price in writing before ordering any part, and repairs carry our 30-day workmanship warranty.
Please empty the reservoir before we arrive if the oven is cool, and tell us what the steam looked like when it last worked well.
We do not set a rule for your home, but softer water slows scale. If your water is hard, empty the reservoir after each use and ask us to descale the system during a visit.
The heating and steam systems are separate, so weak steam does not mean a heating problem. We inspect the reservoir, the lines and the generator before suggesting any part.
Yes. The Assistant lives on the control and connection side while steam depends on the generator and lines. We check each independently and leave the steam parts untouched if they test good.
