Likely Reasons for a Drift

Dusty condenser coils make the unit work longer and cool less evenly. A worn gasket lets humid air sneak in. A tired evaporator fan can leave the top shelves cold and the bottom ones warm. Crowding the shelves also blocks the air that carries cold around the cabinet. Rearranging and giving containers a little breathing room often helps within a day.
