On Bertazzoni induction cooktops, U400 points at the power connection. On the current TFT and hidden-slider models, such as the PE304TX, PE365TB, PE304TC, PE304HB and PE365HB, it means the 400V connection is incorrect and not suitable for the grill board. On the legacy P365IAE, it means the hob is not connected to the network, so the connection must be checked and reconnected.
1. Turn off all zones and switch the cooktop off at its breaker. 2. Do not open the cooktop or touch the wiring. 3. If the cooktop was installed or moved recently, tell the installer. 4. Switch the breaker on once and check whether U400 returns. 5. If it returns, leave it off and call us.
It refers to the electrical supply connection. On current models the 400V connection is wrong for the board, and on the P365IAE the hob is not connected to the network.
Not usually. It is more often an installation or wiring issue. If it appeared right after a new install or a move, the connection should be checked first.
No. The wiring is under the cooktop and carries line voltage. Call us, and we will check the connection and give a written price before any work.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
