Bertazzoni FPRO30FDSTX Double Wall Oven Repair

The FPRO30FDSTX stacks two cavities inside a single 30-inch cutout, so it normally fills a full-height cabinet opening in a kitchen wall. Each cavity has its own sensor and elements, which is why an owner will say the top oven is perfect and the bottom one is slow, or the other way around.
That split is where we start: we run the cavities one at a time and compare their heat-up behavior. The lower cavity, with the element hidden under the floor, is checked for continuity, and the main cavity gets the convection fan and latch tests. Because a double oven is heavy, any removal is planned with two people so cabinets and floors stay protected. You receive a written price in advance, and the repair has our 30-day workmanship warranty.
We test that cavity's heating element for continuity first, since an element that has burned open leaves the oven running but barely warming. Then we check its sensor and wiring before ordering any part.
The motorized cleaning latch is on the main cavity only, so the cycle applies there. If that door will not unlock afterward, the latch motor and switch are what we test, and the secondary cavity stays unaffected.
Often not. Elements, sensors and fans are reachable from inside or from the front. We pull the unit only when a part sits behind it, and we plan that with two technicians to protect the cabinet.
