Bertazzoni P304IAE Induction Repair

The P304IAE is a 30-inch induction cooktop with four zones from the Professional Series. It is built for a standard counter cutout, often above a wall oven or a drawer base, and uses magnetic cookware to heat quickly with little warmth in the glass.
When a zone stops heating or shuts off in the middle of cooking, we begin with the pan and the glass, then test the coil and the power board for that zone. A buzzing or whining fan points to dust or a worn bearing, and a control panel that reacts by itself is often just moisture on the surface.
We write the price down before we start, and each repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The cooktop protects itself when electronics run hot or a pan is detected poorly. We test the fan and airflow, the coil and the sensor to find the cause.
Pans with a flat magnetic base. If a magnet sticks firmly to the bottom, the pan should work. Aluminum and glass alone will not heat.
A short run after cooking is normal. If it runs for a long time or sounds rough, dust or a worn fan is likely, and we clean or test it.
