Bertazzoni MASFD30XT Double Convection Oven Service
The MASFD30XT is a 30-inch Master Series double convection oven with the Bertazzoni Assistant, built in Italy for a full-height cabinet opening. Two cavities with their own fans give a cook room to roast and bake at once, and it also means two sets of parts that wear at different speeds.
We start by running each cavity alone and listening to its convection fan, then compare each against a reference thermometer. Elements and sensors are tested with a meter. The Assistant is handled separately: if guided cooking drops out while the ovens heat, we check the connection and not the heating hardware.
