Bertazzoni PE365TB TFT Cooktop Service

The PE365TB pairs five induction zones with a TFT color display that shows each zone’s power, timer and status. At 36 inches it is often the centerpiece of a remodeled kitchen, set into stone over a cabinet base.
Because everything runs through the screen, we check it first when a zone seems to ignore you. A display that is dim or that flickers can come from a loose connection or a tired driver board. If the screen is bright but heat is missing, the trouble moves to the coil, the power electronics or the pan sensor. We test each in order and replace only what the readings point to.
The bridge feature joins neighboring zones and needs both to sense the pan, so we test those together at the end. A written price comes first, and our repair has a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The screen backlight or its connection to the board may be wearing out. We inspect the connection, test the display and the board, and tell you which part has failed before we replace it.
The display only sends commands. Heat comes from the coil and power board. We test both, along with pan detection, to find where the signal stops.
Yes. Both zones have to pass their own test before they can work together, so if either one fails, the pair will not join. We check each zone alone first, and then we test the link between them.
