Bertazzoni F30PROXT Wall Oven Service

The F30PROXT is a 30-inch single wall oven from the older Professional Series naming, with convection, telescopic racks and a self-clean function. It has no digital touch display like the newer PROF ovens, and the controls lean on switches and a simple electronic layout.
Without a screen to read, we diagnose it by testing parts directly: the sensor resistance, the element continuity, the door-lock switch and the fan motor. An oven this age can still bake well once the worn part is replaced. After a self-clean cycle, the latch and its switch take stress from the high heat, so those get checked whenever a door stays locked.
You will see a written price before work starts, and we cover the repair for 30 days.
A drifting sensor, a weak bake element or a failing convection fan can each cause it. We measure the cavity temperature with a thermometer, test the sensor and the element, and listen to the fan.
Self-clean runs at very high heat, which stresses the door lock, the sensor and the wiring. Remove racks and loose spills first, ventilate the room, and keep pets away. If the lock fails afterward, call us.
Stiffness usually comes from baked-on grease in the glides. Clean them following the care guidance for your racks, and avoid running them through self-clean. If a glide is bent, we can replace the rack.
